Lesson 1, Topic 1
In Progress

TCL (T1:4-4) Review Details about your Audience

Offline Review

Conversations on a social media platform are helpful in studying how many people saw and responded to your posts.  But information about those conversations needs to be tracked in a CRM

Like any database, the CRM can provide reports on individual seekers entered into the system or results of specific media campaigns. The results will be notes on all seeker interactions and perhaps the achievement of pre-defined milestones along their journey.  As explained earlier, important spiritual events in seekers’ lives show progress toward the end goal of leading people to Christ.  Some of the most common spiritual milestones are:

– The seeker has a Bible

– They’re reading the Bible

– They can explain what they believe

– They can share the gospel or their testimony

– They have been baptized

– They’re baptizing others

– They’re part of a church or church group

– They’re starting churches

After each campaign, it is helpful to compare the online results with the offline progress.  Look for connections between the people who responded to the calls to action and the people who made progress as seen in the CRM.  It may show that some of the online media campaigns are successful while others are not.  Or it may show that one of the calls to action caused more results in the CRM than other actions that caused limited or no response.
