Group Dynamics

داخل أي مجموعة، يتنوع تفاعل الأعضاء وتجاوبهم مع المناقشات الدائرة، والمواقف، والأحداث. على وجه التحديد، غالبًا ما تتطور الأدوار الجماعية بناءً على طريقة تجاوب الأعضاء مع الأفكار الجديدة. وهذا يدل على أن اتخاذ القرار بالنسبة للفرد مرتبط بدوره بالمجموعة التابع لها التي يعيش فيها. يأخذ كل فرد من أفراد المجموعة دورًا من الأدوار الخمسة التالية:

Innovator: The curious one who makes friends and accepts new ideas easily. While considered an early adopter of new ideas, the group sees them as someone who easily changes their mind or actions and is not always reasonable.

Opinion leader: The cautious one, observant, intentional, a natural leader who considers the risks of new ideas, usually very respected by the group.

Maven: The intelligent one who gathers and holds information, pays attention to details, knows how to solve problems, and chooses to work with innovators.

Connectors:  A person who carries and shares information with many people inside and outside the group, good at peaceful communication, willing to help with the growth of the group and individuals.

Salesmen: The one who gives reasons to accept change, encourages movement, loves using new ideas, pushes the group to action.

عندما تبدأ في التفكير في كيفية التواصل مع جمهورك، من الجيد أن تفهم أن هذه الأدوار المتنوعة ستكون موجودة داخل المجموعات التي ستستهدف الوصول إليها. لذا، انتبه لكل دور من هذ الأدوار لكي تُحسن توقع الأسئلة التي قد تكون لديهم. إن إعداد إجابات لكل هذه الأسئلة سيضمن أن جميع أعضاء المجموعة بتنوع أدوارهم متضمنين ومشمولين عند إنشاء المحتوى وصياغته.
