समूह गतिशीलता

Within any group, there are different ways that members interact and respond to discussions, situations, and events.  Specifically, group roles often develop based on how members respond to new ideas.  This shows that decision-making for an individual is connected to their role in the reference group in which they live.  There are five roles which help define all individuals:

अन्वेषक: वह जिज्ञासु व्यक्ति है जो आसानी से दोस्त बनाता है और नए विचारों को अपना लेता है। हालांकि उसे नए विचारों को जल्दी अपनाने वाला माना जाता है, लेकिन समूह उसे ऐसा व्यक्ति मानता है जो आसानी से अपना विचार या कार्य बदल लेता है और हमेशा तर्कसंगत नहीं होता।.

मेवन: वह बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति जो जानकारी एकत्र करता है और उसे सहेज कर रखता है, बारीकियों पर ध्यान देता है, समस्याओं को हल करना जानता है और नवोन्मेषकों के साथ काम करना पसंद करता है।.

कनेक्टर:  एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जो समूह के अंदर और बाहर कई लोगों के साथ जानकारी का आदान-प्रदान करता है, शांतिपूर्ण संचार में कुशल है, और समूह और व्यक्तियों के विकास में मदद करने के लिए इच्छुक है।.

सेल्समैन: वह व्यक्ति जो बदलाव को स्वीकार करने के कारण बताता है, प्रगति को प्रोत्साहित करता है, नए विचारों का उपयोग करना पसंद करता है, और समूह को कार्रवाई के लिए प्रेरित करता है।.

As you begin to consider how to connect with your audience, it is helpful to understand that these different roles exist in the groups you will target.  Give attention to each role in order to expect the questions they may have.  Preparing answers to all these questions will make sure that all group members will be considered when creating content.
