समूह गतिशीलता

समूह गतिशीलता: किसी भी समूह के भीतर, सदस्य विभिन्न तरीकों से बातचीत करते हैं और चर्चाओं, स्थितियों, और घटनाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हैं। विशेष रूप से, समूह की भूमिकाएं अक्सर इस आधार पर विकसित होती हैं कि सदस्य नए विचारों पर कैसे प्रतिक्रिया देते हैं। यह दिखाता है कि किसी व्यक्ति के लिए निर्णय लेना उस संदर्भ समूह में उनकी भूमिका से जुड़ा हुआ है जिसमें वे रहते हैं। ऐसी पाँच भूमिकाएं हैं जो सभी व्यक्तियों को परिभाषित करने में मदद करती हैं:

अन्वेषक: The curious one who makes friends and accepts new ideas easily. While considered an early adopter of new ideas, the group sees them as someone who easily changes their mind or actions and is not always reasonable.

राय नेता: The cautious one, observant, intentional, a natural leader who considers the risks of new ideas, usually very respected by the group.

मेवन: The intelligent one who gathers and holds information, pays attention to details, knows how to solve problems, and chooses to work with innovators.

कनेक्टर:  A person who carries and shares information with many people inside and outside the group, good at peaceful communication, willing to help with the growth of the group and individuals.

Salesmen: The one who gives reasons to accept change, encourages movement, loves using new ideas, pushes the group to action.

जब आप अपने दर्शकों से जुड़ने के तरीके पर विचार करना शुरू करते हैं, तो यह समझना सहायक होता है कि आपके लक्षित समूहों में ये विभिन्न भूमिकाएं मौजूद हैं। प्रत्येक भूमिका पर ध्यान दें ताकि आप उनके संभावित प्रश्नों की उम्मीद कर सकें। इन सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर तैयार करने से यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि सभी समूह के सदस्य सामग्री बनाने में विचार किए जाएंगे।
