Good News Productions, International has been using media for evangelism for nearly five decades, helping churches and ministries create powerful outreach strategies.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Using media is in such high demand these days that we decided to help others learn and master an effective process for digital disciple making.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nomad Academy is our way to share that process.\u00a0 Our hope is to equip hundreds of digital missionaries who can learn, create and share the story of Christ around the world.<\/p>\n

The Nomad concept:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Nomad curriculum has been used for more than a decade as a way to teach about the use of media as a tool for making disciples. \u00a0The acronym for Nomad spells out our mission:<\/p>\n

What is Nomad Academy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nomad Academy is an online training program focused on \u2018new media\u2019 outreach strategies.\u00a0 The courses are built around four main goals which are ministry-driven and results oriented.<\/p>\n

I.\u00a0 Develop Strategies:<\/strong> Explain the key components of an effective outreach program that will guide the creation of media content used to attract and engage prospective disciples.<\/p>\n

II.\u00a0 Create Content:<\/strong> Present and explain the importance of storytelling as a primary tool for effective content.<\/p>\n

III.\u00a0 Explore Technology:<\/strong>\u00a0 Introduce and demonstrate basic technical skills needed for simple media project production.<\/p>\n

IV.\u00a0 Distribute Online:<\/strong> Discuss the use of social media as a digital marketplace for ministry and how to package your message for your target audience.<\/p>\n

About the Courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Four course sequence:<\/strong>\u00a0 Each course is written to stand alone, however when taken in sequence, students will learn and implement the strategic best practices for a new media process for ministry.<\/p>\n

Practical coursework:<\/strong>\u00a0 Assignments will provide hands-on experience with task-specific exercises linked to the student\u2019s ministry context and region.<\/p>\n

Accessible for international students<\/strong>:\u00a0 All courses have ESL-friendly content, \u00a0with the goal of having multiple languages in the future.<\/p>\n

Mentors and Coaches:<\/strong>\u00a0 Student progress will be monitored by trusted mentors and coaches who can provide valuable feedback within two working days and advice for course projects. Students are not allowed to use any form of artificial intelligence to answer questions directly, unless artificial intelligence is used for research purposes and other similar constructive ways. Artificial intelligence detectors will be used at the discretion of the coaches who may choose to disqualify the answers and the student will have to redo the assignment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ministry Focus<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nomad Academy is a practical set of courses that will help create effective results for your ministry outreach efforts.\u00a0 The hands-on, practical assignments involved in the lessons and topics will help you develop an actual project where the concepts are put to work.\u00a0 Mentors and coaches will help you along the way, giving advice and encouragement based on their experience in your area. Nomad Academy creates an environment for growing together spiritually and skilfully, and no form of harassment or bullying will be allowed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Who is GNPI?<\/h3>

Good News Productions, International was founded in 1975 as a way to help churches and mission organizations around the world to produce culturally relevant media materials for ministry. \n\n\nToday, GNPI has grown to include 25 teams.
